Reverend Graham Locking is an ordained British Methodist minister who served local churches in Britain for over 20 years. During this time he worked with homeless people in London, experienced congregational renewal of a local church in Sheffield, served the largest Methodist church in Scotland and finally founded and directed the Charing Cross Methodist Neighbourhood Centre, in Birkenhead Liverpool. His whole ministry has been involved in working with people living in depressed inner city areas.
Along with these local duties, Graham Locking was designated a New World Missioner by the General Board of Discipleship of the United Methodist Church in 1988. Since his first preaching tour he has established "Focus Ministries" a registered charity here in the UK and a not-for-profit organisation in the US to support and encourage his ministry of renewal. This ministry seeks to encourage people to live in the freedom of Christ's love. Reverend Locking has spoken to an ever-widening circle of churches and groups in Ohio, Texas, and California, and has now made over 30 visits to the Sates, preaching and leading spiritual retreats.

In January 2000, Graham Locking was appointed the first-ever chaplain to the Horseracing industry in Great Britain. He is now establishing a network of chaplains across the country to offer pastoral care to all of those involved in racing, and through this care provide opportunities for sharing the Christian faith.

"I feel called to share the good news of the gospel wherever the opportunity arises. I am convinced that Christianity can transform people's lives, no matter where they are in life or whatever their experiences."
